happy with your purchase. Please contact us for return, replace,
refund or other solutions to protect yourself:
Authorization for the said return is given by Antiques5000. We will refund and responsible for shipping and handling charges if the goods are different from what described.
Return must be made within 10 days of receiving said goods. So please check the condition of your goods as soon as you receive them.
If the customers just do not satisfied without any reason. We will also give a refund. But all shipping/insurance etc. for the return will be at purchaser¡¯s expense.. The condition of the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser until delivery process is complete.
Once item is inspected to be in original condition as sent to customer full credit for the purchase of the product will be given (less shipping/handling charges)
Surely as a kind of natural material, wood expands/contracts pending on the humidity level of your geographic region. It is not a quality issue but rather a natural condition to be expected. For antiques, please expect some marks left by ages.
